The LDSL Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 7th of June , 2021, in the Castletroy Park Hotel (subject to change of Venue, Date and Time) commencing at 7.30.pm.
Nominations are sought for the league committee by Friday 3rd of May via club secretaries ONLY.
Nominations for Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Fixtures Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar and committee members.
Nominations for committee members are to be emailed to the Secretary firstname.lastname@example.org Nominations for Chairperson and all officers positions are to be sent by email to Secretary email@example.com .
To hold an officers position you must have set on the council for 2 years previously.
Each person proposed for an officers position or committee must have at least 2 nominations.
Rule changes, new rules and motions for discussion must be submitted in writing and signed by the club secretary by the 3rd of May. These must be sent by email to the Secretary of the league.
All relevant information will be e-mailed to club Secretaries within the coming days and all clubs are requested to print off same and ensure their club delegate/s have a copy of same at the meeting.
