Hi All, Just a quick reminder that all affiliation forms are to be with the League Secretary by Saturday the 1st of August. The affiliation form is to be accompanied by the insurance cert and the full fees.
Anyone paying their insurance by a monthly direct debit need to provide proof that there payments are up to date.
LDSL Hon. Treasurer will provide the bank iban number so clubs can transfer the fee digitally.
