The LDSL Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 8th of June , 2020, in the LEDP (venue subject to change) commencing at 7.30.pm.
Nominations are sought for the league committee by Friday 8th of May .
Nominations for Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Fixtures Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar and committee members.
Nominations for committee members are to be emailed to the Secretary email@example.com Nominations for Chairperson and all officers positions are to be sent by email to Acting Secretary firstname.lastname@example.org .
To hold an officers position you must have set on the council for 2 years previously.
Each person proposed for an officers position or committee must have at least 2 nominations.
Rule changes, new rules and motions for discussion must be submitted in writing and signed by the club secretary by the 8th of May. These must be sent by registered post to the Secretary of the league.
All relevant information will be e-mailed to club Secretaries within the coming days and all clubs are requested to print off same and ensure their club delegate/s have a copy of same at the meeting.
