L.D.S.L. Affiliation Forms – August 1st due date – 30.07.2020

Hi All,

              Just a reminder that the Affiliation forms must be in by the 1^st of August 2020, a copy of your insurance and payment need to be with these forms.  This year we are allowing the payment to be processed by bank transfer if needed to assit in Covid 19, please ensure your clubs name is in the message from the bank.
